2. Products and Services

Eco Blooms specializes in hand-tied, seasonal floral arrangements crafted with sustainability in mind. Our offerings include:

  • Bouquets: Available for one-time purchase or subscription.

  • Subscriptions: Regular delivery of fresh flowers with the flexibility to pause or cancel at any time.

  • Special Occasions: Customised arrangements for weddings, funerals, and other events.

 

​Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, variations in color, size, and availability may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when necessary.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Ordering: Orders can be placed through our website. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 1 PM.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement.

4. Local Delivery Only

  • Delivery Area: We currently only deliver to select local areas. Please see our website or contact us to confirm whether your address is within our delivery range.

  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver during business hours. While we try to meet requested delivery windows, they are not guaranteed.

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct. We are not liable for missed deliveries due to inaccurate information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the delivery date.

  • Refunds/Issues: If you’re not satisfied with your flowers, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Subscription Services

  • Flexibility: Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled via your online account.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen delivery frequency.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, images, and text — is the property of Eco Blooms and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eco Blooms shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of your order.
